On a general note, abilities shouldn't have more than two variables in them; three if you have a very good reason.
While active, the conditions of units under the effect of Eye for an Eye do not passively decrease in duration. However, conditions can be removed or shortened by skills.
---> Extends all conditions the units(?)* are suffering from by one second every second.

*What kind of activated passive is that? Does it have an aoe? Who's actually affected by it? Vergil? Enemies? Friends?

Well. Fixed it xD.

[Edit; Changed the hero to a remake of Innert. Completely eliminated the old play style of the hero. It was boring and the condition removing and wanting to keep conditions conflicted with each other.

The new version, I like a bit. I want to improve it now, more than ever.... Yeah. rawr! ]

Well.

I've changed the hero enough that I think it's okay to double post. (lol)

Turned the hero back into Innert, I like the idea of Wolf Cry, but I hate the wolves. I've replaced them with spirits and gotten rid of Evaporation, Dismission Aura, Qui.

I dunno, still throwing around a lot of ideas, lots of weeks until this contest is over > <.

You kind of have forced synergy with the ultimate and the first skill...

absolutely useless if the first skill wasn't learned dont assume that everyone is half smart enough to actually read spells

[srs bznz]

It's not like I didn't know this myself. I can't help that the heroes I make are flawed, I'm close minded. Been working on something creative, I really don't give a crap about Innert. He's an amazing character and all, full of awesome and a pimpin skin and as much I'd like mad props... I think It would be a hell of a lot more fulfilling to make a hero on my own accord, the only reason I really changed it back to Innert is because of the BS you said in the channel. I'll name heroes as I please, Charon, Eschats, according to alot of feedback I've received, might as well name them Sharon or other random crap. I try to be all intelligent and put on thi.. Whatever, making a fool of myself.

Well, I'm off... To think of hero suggestions and all, draw comics, deal with life. You know, all the shallow excuses I've come up with.

No hard feelings I guess, I've nothing against you Oxy, just a great time to be a biatch :o. :P

you still have 25 days for the contest, that's about 5 times the time it took me to come up with some of the most amazing heroes (I can recognize good work, even if it's my own); just think outside the box a little, and find what has never been done before

Well, after like, 357235982378956298 changes, I went with an old idea I had. It was replaced by some paladin hero I made so I just reused the old idea and the concept for the ultimate, and here it is.

Works with summons and blind, has some maim in there too.

Eh, a hero that blinds himself and then hopes to hit the enemy doesn't sounds very appealing to me. He seems like an inferior version of Atrius.
And the first skill kinda sucks as long as you don't have the ultimate.

I like the aura.

Well, The aura replaced a skill that would increase his attack speed in order to make better use of his ultimate, but yeah. Being blind is like have a 25% chance to stun with the ultimate.

Maybe he could have an increased chance to strike a blinded enemy while Thunderstrike is active?

[edit; Or, he could gain an X% chance to hit while blinded after finishing Thundercloud's channel or gain X% per second spent channeling it. Whatever is most befitting, it's not really like Atrius since he blinds himself it is just the stun from the ultimate I guess.]
