Let's play a game. If you win, you might just get some representation in DoE!

Was the change in voidwalk intended as a balance or because you preferred the way he played with the new(er) version?

Nothing changed about the way he played...

I see many singularily cool spells, but no caliga that, as an entiety, strikes me as really amazing. If all of us fail to make it, perhaps would a mishmash of the coolest spells actually work? Seeing how everyone had a common theme and similar playstyle in mind, unlike other hero contests which were all over the place, that is.

That will depend upon the entries, of course.

Thanks for reminding me, somewhere between Stellar Astrophysics and NMR work, I'll sober logic check my hero, I'm sure there's something that needs fixing.
And though you come out of each gruelling bout,
All broken and beaten and scarred,
Just have one more try—it’s dead easy to die,
It’s the keeping-on-living that’s hard.

I had a hero, but there wasn't any really big differences from the standard Caliga...
Idk, this contest was a bit tough to be creative with...

That's because the point of the contest wasn't to be creative, but to revisit with a different point of view

I'm kinda with Oxy here. It's not about coming up with something brand new, since I don't want something brand new for Caliga. The point was to get creative with how something is done, which is where I was hoping for some good stuff. There's really a lot that can be done with Caliga as a theme, but oh well.

I'll get to judging either tonight or tomorrow, depending on my motivation. If I judge this, I'll do xmas cards tomorrow, and so on and so forth. We shall see.
