Derelict
It's not quite there yet. And it might be some time until it is there. But it is certainly on it's way. And I find it beautiful in a way.
Although it is not quite as physical as those other places, I can't help be reminded of the many ruins and wrecks that dot our planet. All of them once bustled with activity, but now lie deserted. But this is even grander than that. When one explores the coliseum they can only they can only imagine what once occurred there, given faint hints by artifacts left over. Here one is able to experience everything that transpired, they can see everything. From the very first post upon the archived forums of old to the slowly steady decline to were it is now. The entire story is laid out before them, and they know that despite all it's greatness that it has still found it's end. I find this beautiful and humbling in a sense.

Re: Derelict
Yeah, I doubt this site or VZ or any of us will ever quite be what we were in WC3, but it's nice having this place around to browse and search. The lack of people here has inevitably had an effect on me doing anything in WC3, resulting in all of my maps being as derelict as this site... Even when they're so close to done.
But yeah, nice to see you around and stuff.

Re: Derelict
Funny how you say that when you never actually tried to relinquish the clanship back to anyone.
So not only do most of the regulars don't play, you've taken the only place where they could have met.
If anyone still -plays- Wc3, my bot is located in channel VZ.
2P, king and I use this channel to now meet. I've already spotted some familiar folk pop into this channel as well (surprisingly)

Are you talking about clan Valor & Steal that was disbanded something like two days a week after its making? Why didn't you remake it, were you missing people?Loki wrote:Funny how you say that when you never actually tried to relinquish the clanship back to anyone.

Re: Derelict
Yes, we were missing people as someone did take the clan name during a critical period. *wink*

Btw Loki I decided that from now on your name shall be Boxer.
Getting enough people together to remake the clan would be nice!

Re: Derelict
Why Boxer? Lol
At this point, we would have to gather people outside of the forums as no one has time any more or no longer cares.
