Channel Spell Not Appearing On Hero
When I set a hero or unit's abilities and add Channel to it, I can't use it in-game. It just doesn't show up in the box. I can research it, but it won't show up. How do I fix this?

Logue: Please replace the toilet paper when you use it all. For some reason my 5 year old son believes if it's not there he does not have to wipe.

"Level X - Data - Options" Visible needs to be ticked.

You can always use Tranquility and make it do 0 heal per second.
Or is there something special about this Channel?

There's nothing really special about it, it's a unit-targeted ability that puts a buff on the target. When I tell the spell to add a buff in the object editor, it doesn't show up in-game. Is there something else that needs to be checked off?

Channel can't be made to add buffs, sadly.

Why can't you just create a dummy unit that extends the duration of some condition by 1 second every second (or .1 every .1, if you so choose), with the condition that the dummy be slain when the channel ends?
And though you come out of each gruelling bout,
All broken and beaten and scarred,
Just have one more try—it’s dead easy to die,
It’s the keeping-on-living that’s hard.

I think you guys are getting confused by Channel's name. I don't think he actually wants a channelling spell.

Well i'm running into the problem of a dummy unit adding a buff instantaneously, but the problem is that there is a delay caused by casting time, even if the dummy unit is facing the target. Is there a way to do this?
